We drove out hoping to pick a few different kinds of fruit, but there wasn’t much available when we got there. A lot of it either wasn’t ready yet or had already been picked over, which was disappointing after making the trip. Maybe we just came on the wrong day? The staff was nice enough, so no complaints there, but I was definitely expecting a little more

Customer service was okay overall. They did eventually answer my question, but it took longer than I expected, and I had to be the one to check back in because there wasn’t really any follow-up from their side. Not a terrible experience, but it felt a bit disorganized when things got busy.

I took my kids here and, yeah, the farm itself is nice enough, but I have to be honest, the place felt kind of neglected. There was trash around some of the picnic areas, the bathrooms smelled awful, and a few spots looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. The kids still managed to have fun, thankfully, but for a family-friendly farm, I really expected it to be better taken care of

We had such a fun fall day here with the kids. They loved picking out pumpkins, the hayride was a hit, and of course the donuts were a big favorite. The only small downside was the wait in one of the lines, which felt preventable with a little more organization, but overall the kids had a blast and we’d definitely go back.

Ordering was easy overall, but for some reason the checkout felt a bit clunky on my phone. I did get the confirmation email right away, which was nice. The delivery options were a little limited though. It all worked in the end, just wasn’t the smoothest experience.

I ordered the cider donuts from Alstede Farms they were so good. They were soft, fresh, and had that apple cinnamon flavor without being overly sweet.
They disappeared way too fast in my house lol. I blame whoever runs this for making donuts that are basically impossible to stop eating. Even the next day, they were still great with coffee, and I’d definitely get them again.

We had a nice time at Alstede Farms. The staff was really friendly and helped us figure out where to go without making it feel like a whole thing, if that makes sense. The lines moved a little slow, but everyone we talked to was kind and easy to deal with

I tried stopping by, but the parking situation was a mess. Compared to other crowded places I’ve been to, this was way more frustrating. I drove around for a while, couldn’t find a spot, and eventually just gave up and left

We took the kids to the corn maze last weekend and had a really good time. The maze was fun without being too frustrating, and the little clues along the way kept the kids interested. Our only issue was kind of our own bad timing since we showed up right when it seemed like everyone else did too.

The staff were friendly and the farm was surprisingly clean even with the crowd. We grabbed some cider donuts afterward and hung out for a bit, which was a nice way to end it. It turned into a really nice fall day, and we’d definitely go again, just maybe a little earlier next time...

We had a tough time finding our way around the farm. A lot of the signs were either tiny, missing, or just not clear, so we kept ending up in the wrong spots, which got frustrating fast with kids in tow. I tried reaching out for help, but it felt like I was stuck in a support loop without getting a real answer. The place could be fun, but they really need better directions and clearer signs.

I wasn’t expecting much with so many people around, but the bathrooms were actually really clean. That stood out to me because I usually notice stuff like that right away.

Stopped in for some pastries and everything tasted really fresh. The apple cider donuts were soft, not overly sweet, and better than I expected. I’m blaming whoever runs this place because now I’m probably going to be craving these again.

I tried booking a reservation on Alstede Farms and it was more annoying than it needed to be. The site was slow, and I felt like I kept getting sent around in circles just to find the right time slots. Every time I thought I had figured out what was included or what the options were, it felt like the goalposts moved a little and I had to double-check everything again. I did finally get the reservation made, but the whole process could definitely be clearer and a lot smoother...

I really like the farm, and most of the produce I got was good, so I was hoping the CSA would be easier to stick with. But the pickup times just didn’t work that well for me. I was usually rushing over after work, and finding parking was kind of a gamble. Maybe it works great for other people nearby, but I found myself wishing there were more flexible pickup options.

I was in a really cheerful mood that day, and feeding the animals made it even better. The goats were absolutely adorable and so fun to interact with.

Just a heads-up for anyone planning to use the site: I found it a little frustrating to navigate. Some things were harder to find than I expected, and a few pages took a while to load. It’s usable, but I’d give yourself a bit of extra time if you’re trying to look something up quickly

The box showed up late, which was a bit annoying, honestly. Late is late. But once it got here, everything inside was totally fine, so it worked out in the end.

The ticket prices were fair and booking was easy, which I appreciated. The kids ended up having a fun day, so that part was good. Still, there were a couple of moments that felt a bit poorly handled, and I would’ve expected at least a simple apology

We went for the holiday event with the kids, and I kind of regret not making plans to go earlier. They had such a cute setup, parking was easy, and the staff were really friendly. The kids had a great time, and it ended up being a really fun little family day out

So... we went to Alstede Farms on a weekend, and overall it was a really nice time. It was definitely busy, though, so we had to wait a bit to get in and then again when we grabbed food.

It wasn’t awful or anything, just longer than I thought it would be. The staff seemed like they were doing their best and moving quickly, but there were just a lot of people everywhere.

Still giving it 4 stars because once we got settled in, the farm itself was really fun. I’d go back, but next time I’d probably try to get there earlier to avoid the lines
